The process starts with a complimentary meeting in your home to understand your goals and explore possibilities. If the partnership feels right, we follow with a design agreement that includes early estimates and feasibility studies. As ideas take shape, the team develops detailed drawings, material selections, and refined pricing, ensuring construction begins with confidence and clarity. Throughout the process, each client works with a TreHus project manager and a dedicated in-house design team, ensuring consistent communication and a unified vision from start to finish.
Once construction begins, a TreHus master carpenter leads on-site work, supported by a project manager who keeps every detail on schedule. Designers stay involved to ensure that the original vision is carried through to completion. One year after finishing, TreHus returns for a follow-up walkthrough, because our goal is to be your contractor for life, and a lasting relationship matters as much as the finished home.
